Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley one of the best-known and wealthiest Reggae Singers was born on 26 February 1976 in Falmouth Jamaica. He sang in Shottas together with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani was signed to Shang Records where he recorded his first album in the year 1996. Like Father Like Son and several singles including Judge Not With Patra then Dear Dad" (which topped the British reggae charts) Who The Cap is (remix) as well as Sensimelia each of which contributed to his rising popularity in the newest generation of reggae singers. Ky-Mani collaborated with Praswell from Fugees for Avenue in 1997, which was an incredibly successful cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was a part of the Midem show (an international showcase of music) and was first performed in Miami. In the Cameo Theatre Marley performed a performance that was broadcast live by the Caribbean News Agency to 36 nations. Marley was at the center of an auction war.
